Taylor Swift comforted pregnant Brittany Mahomes after Patrick Mahomes got injured while helping to score a touchdown during Monday night’s Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers game.
A video posted to X showed the 14-time Grammy winner standing up and wrapping her arm around the expectant mother after the quarterback fell to the grass in pain.
Swift, who watched the game from a VIP suite at Arrowhead Stadium, was then seen covering her mouth in shock as Brittany chewed on her fingernails and clenched her jaw.
Shortly before realizing he was injured, the two WAGs were spotted celebrating after Patrick, 29, made a touchdown pass to teammate Samaje Perin.
A video posted to TikTok captured the besties tightly embracing and cheering.
The soon-to-be mom of three, 29, then became aware of her husband’s injury when he collapsed on the field. She quickly turned to Swift and said, “Patrick’s hurt.”
A clip posted by ESPN showed Patrick face down on the field and holding his ankle before he was assisted off the field.
However, he was able to return and finish the game after being evaluated by medics.
“I rolled the ankle, I rolled it last week and when you roll it again it never feels good,” he told ESPN after the game. “But as I got some time, it started feeling better.”
The reigning Super Bowl champions ended up beating the Buccaneers 30-24 in overtime to maintain their undefeated streak.
Swift, 34, rocked a vintage leather Chiefs varsity jacket to support boyfriend Travis Kelce after performing three sold-out Eras Tour shows at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis over the weekend.
The NFL tight end, 35, surprised the “Cruel Summer” singer on Saturday night when he made a “last-minute” appearance at her show.
“Travis had practice earlier that day and he wasn’t even sure if he was going to be able to make it,” an insider told Page Six on Monday.
“It was a last-minute decision,” the source continued. “Thankfully, he was able to get out of practice on time and show up.”
Taylor’s mom, Andrea Swift, and her brother, Austin Swift, were also in attendance at the concert.
The hitmaker wraps up her record-breaking tour in Vancouver on Dec. 8.
