San Francisco 49ers star Nick Bosa is looking to part ways with his luxurious Miami condo.
With the defensive end, 26, plying his trade on the opposite coast, he has decided to list his three-bedroom pad in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The All-Pro has put the beautiful property on the market, looking for a massive $1.75 million from the sale.
The sale happens to be a family affair with his mom, Cheryl Bosa, listed as the agent for Engel and Volkers with an open house set for this weekend.
The property, which is described as a modern boutique condo, boasts three bed rooms, three and a half bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living and dining area that offers stunning ocean views.
All three bedrooms feature balconies to ensure the owner has plenty of opportunities to soak in the picturesque coastal vistas.
The kitchen is fully fitted with state-of-the art appliances, including a wine fridge and espresso maker, breakfast bar, kitchen island and pantry.
The properties attractive qualities extend beyond the interior too. The apartment in the intimate 24 unit condo located within the upscale neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach is just steps away from the owner’s own private beach.
However, if its residents don’t fancy the stroll to their exclusive sandy escape, the building offers a clubhouse, BBQ Grill, heated pool, hot tub, billiards, gym and sauna to relax and unwind.
Bosa, the younger brother of LA Chargers star Joey Bosa, reportedly bought the unit in July 2019, months after the Niners selected him second overall in the 2019 draft.
