Micah Parsons is fired up over those who bash his Cowboys.
The two-time All-Pro took out his frustrations on his podcast, “The Edge with Micah Parsons,” and ripped into critics of the Cowboys and quarterback.
He said those taking shots at Dallas should have “the same energy for everybody,” including the rival Eagles, who lost their first game of the season this past week to the Jets.
“There’s a whole bunch of bashing when it’s Dak Prescott, but not the same when it’s for the Eagles,” Parsons said Tuesday after Dallas won Monday night over the Chargers, 20-17.
Parsons then went off about how other teams, like the 49ers, might’ve gotten a pass from media members — specifically calling out FS1 analyst Emmanuel Acho — for losing their first game in Week 6 because of injuries to Christian McCaffrey and Deebo Samuel.
Parsons said he doesn’t feel the 4-2 Cowboys get the pass that some of the other top teams in the league get.
“So why is it that we are just scrubs and nobodies that don’t deserve to be on the field and we’re just all talk, but there’s a 100 excuses for these other teams?” Parsons said. “If y’all just want to hate Cowboys nation, just say y’all hate Cowboys nation.
“I’m tired of people trashing my quarterback, I’m tired of people trashing my team and that’s why I had nothing to say to the media this week.”
