Long live all the eras she made.
Taylor Swift appears to have celebrated her 35th birthday with an epic Eras Tour-themed party recently, where guests paid homage to her nearly two-decade-long musical career with their costumes.
And while the guest of honor’s own black Balmain minidress ($4,290) may have seemed out of step with the dress code at first glance, it actually combined elements from all her past eras.
The pricey LBD’s sequin and crystal embroidery calls to mind her “Taylor Swift” and “Fearless” eras; all that’s missing are the cowboy boots and curls.
The halter neck and A-line skirt were both staples of her “Speak Now” days, while the sweetheart neckline feels appropriately “Red”-coded.
“1989” comes through with the style’s swingy skirt and knit fabrication, the color nods to Swift’s edgy “Reputation” aesthetic and the sparkle and shine points to “Lover.”
Swift’s casually swept-back bun recalls the down-to-earth looks of “Folklore” and “Evermore,” and the bejeweled vibe of “Midnights” shines through in the form of the singer’s $36,000 De Beers diamond earrings.
Finally, the choice of black and the bustier-like bodice nod to “The Tortured Poets Department,” Swift’s most recent studio album.
In addition to those jaw-dropping earrings, the Grammy winner wore a red friendship bracelet that seemed to match others we spotted in Mahomes’ social media snaps.
The former soccer player committed to the “Fearless” aesthetic with her silver fringed minidress, matching bolero jacket and bedazzled knee-high boots. She even curled her blond hair into waves worthy of a teenage Swift’s.
Husband Patrick Mahomes paid tribute to Travis Kelce, donning a tuxedo — complete with white bow tie and scarf — to channel his Chiefs teammate’s on-stage appearance during the Eras Tour in London.
Kelce joined his girlfriend before her performance of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” during the epic three-hour show, clad in a dapper top hat.
Photos have yet to surface of Kelce’s party outfit, but the couple also celebrated Swift’s birthday on Friday with a “private” date night.
Perhaps they planned their costumes over dinner.
