Taylor Swift is being accused of influencing the officiating in the Chiefs’ latest win following her attendance at their game against the Broncos on Sunday.

The Chiefs pulled off yet another improbable win to go 9-0, beating Denver 16-14 with a last-gasp field goal block after yet another subpar outing. The referees also came under fire over a number of questionable calls.

Prior to the game, KSNT Sports’ Landon Reinhardt reported that the pop star had briefly met referee Sarah Thomas. According to Reinhardt, the down judge was on a FaceTime call with her family and asked for a screenshot of her meeting with Swift.

Of course, it got fans suspicious.

“Lol Landon not helping with the chiefs refs allegations,” one wrote in the comments.

You can see some other reactions below:

“The NFL ain’t even hiding it anymore,” a comment read.

“Not helping silence the “Chiefs get all the calls” narrative ,” someone laughed.

“Conflict of Interest,” someone added.

“Bro this is ridiculous,” said another.

“We been known the Chiefs got the refs in they pockets,” a fan claimed.

“What a shock, these league is literally the wwe at this point it’s clear as day,” someone else noted.

“That explains a lot of these calls! Looks real impartial,” a user observed.

“@NFL @Chiefs we all know that games are rigged when the chiefs play. And that they sold their souls to Satan,’ cried a fifth. ‘But this is ridiculous,” a fan offered.

Taylor Swift is being accused of getting things to go KC’s way this time around, but Patrick Mahomes was the one who came under fire back in September when he had a chat with an official in the tunnel before they played the Falcons.

The QB was also seen speaking with a ref during NBC’s broadcast.

Of course, conversations with officials aren’t enough to go on when it comes to such speculation. But opposing fans will look for any reason to accuse the refs of cheating for the defending champions given the many questionable calls that go their way every season.

They will be on the hunt for that 10th straight win when they play the Buffalo Bills next weekend.
