Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has confirmed the beautiful news first revealed on social media this weekend by girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos.
Prescott, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback who is experiencing an MVP-caliber season, has posted on social media himself, expressing that he feels “beyond blessed” to be an “incoming girl dad.”
Ms. Ramos put on display a collection of glowing black-and-white photos to proudly show off her baby bump. Sarah Jane’s post: “A little bit of Heaven sent down to Earth ❤️ Our immeasurable blessing. I cannot wait to raise a strong, confident, beautiful baby girl with you @_4dak”
Ms. Ramos, who works in the spirits industry in Dallas with Southern Glazer, has become a fixture at Cowboys games.
She is from Tampa Bay, with a degree in criminal science from Florida State, is the founder of her own company, SJ Designs, has been involved in charity work with the Children’s Cancer Center in Tampa. … and now is about to become a mommy, alongside daddy Dak.
Prescott has been by some measures the most productive QB in the NFL this year, as he has a passer rating of 122.6 with 1,874 yards, 18 touchdowns and two interceptions over the last six games.
He is the centerpiece of the Super Bowl-hopeful Cowboys push to an 8-3 record, all along expressing his pleasure in the “freedom” allowed him by head coach Mike McCarthy’s installation of the new “Texas Coast Offense.”
“I’ve never been as confident, as free, as connected with other guys in the offense, (with) play-calling and this whole system and what we’re trying to get after,” Dak recently said, “as I am now.”
Does Dak’s freedom and happiness on the field correlate with his newfound joy off the field? We will testify that anybody who is about to become a first-time father can absolutely relate.
